How We Work
Collector Stock is a small, deliberate team built around a simple idea: fewer, better pieces, made to be kept. We hire the same way we design. Slowly, carefully, and only when the right person comes along.
We are an online-only company with fulfillment hubs in Poland and the United Kingdom, and teammates working across both locations and remotely.
Our Principles
Curation over volume. We would rather do fewer things exceptionally well than many things adequately. This applies to products, projects, and meetings.
Ownership over oversight. We hire people who want to own outcomes, not tasks. You will carry real responsibility from your first week.
Craft over speed. We move efficiently, but we do not ship work we are not proud of. Details matter here.
Direct communication. Short emails, clear decisions, no politics. We say what we mean and we keep it simple.
