Order Processing & Tracking
Assembly & Dispatch Every order is carefully picked, quality-checked, and assembled at our strategic fulfillment centers in the Poland. Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Tracking Your Package Once your package is handed over to our logistics partners, your unique tracking number will be generated and emailed to you within 48 hours. If you haven't received it after this window, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Complimentary Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all global orders over $149. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to the rapid processing of our inventory, requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters the assembly pipeline (after the 2-hour window), it can no longer be altered or cancelled.
Delayed or Missing Packages
While we partner with premium carriers, occasional logistical delays can occur. If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, or your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us. We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier to locate your pieces.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges Considered purchases, effortless resolutions.
If a piece isn't right, we will make it right. All returns and exchanges are processed through our fulfillment facilities in the Poland.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Condition Requirements
Apparel (bras, tank tops, leggings, shorts): unworn and unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners fully intact.
Watches: unworn, with protective films intact, returned in the original box with all documentation.
Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the client without a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email support@collectorstock.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Within 24 business hours you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) along with the correct return address - the Poland facility for EU, UK and international orders.
3. Pack the items securely and ship them using a tracked delivery service.
4. Once received, your return is inspected within 2-3 business days and processed accordingly.
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear.
Exchanges Need a different size or color? Request an exchange instead of a return. If the requested piece is in stock, we will reserve it and dispatch it as soon as your return arrives. If it is no longer available, we will issue a full refund.
Return Shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the client - except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, where we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
